All claims for shortages, errors, defective merchandise or price discrepancies must be received within 10 days after receipt of goods. All material must be returned in the original boxes. We will not accept obsolete, discontinued, custom made or modified parts. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number marked on the outside of the shipping carton. Authorization Numbers may be obtained by calling Hodell-Natco's Customer Service Department. A 20% restocking charge plus all freight charges will apply to all returns arising through no fault of Hodell-Natco.
