Our Partner - SAW, Inc.

SAW, Inc. is a vital partner to Hodell-Natco, Industries.  Years ago, we were in need of adding some reliable, productive employees to our Packaging Department.  We realized a mutually-beneficial opportunity to employ local talent with special needs through a partnership with SAW, Solutions at Work, Inc.  Since 2003, Hodell-Natco has teamed together with SAW to effectively manage a labor intensive component of our operations.

Initially, SAW assessed our need for a steady and capable workforce within our Packaging Department.  Then they proposed an in-house team of employees complete with a full-time working supervisor.  SAW's supervisor collaborates with our own department supervisor every day to ensure that our packaging operations flow smoothly.  The SAW employees at Hodell-Natco's Cleveland warehouse perform their duties by packaging, kitting, assembling, and labeling our products.  Throughout the years, SAW has had the flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of our distribution efforts.  Their team is enthusiastic, hard-working, and positive each day - we rely on their contribution and value it greatly.
