Hodell-Natco works hard to satisfy our customers through consistent, reliable business processes.  In accordance with our culture of continuous improvement, our ISO 9001:2000 quality certification is reevaluated and reaccredited annually.  Our customers can have confidence in our products and services because we undertake significant measures to improve all aspects of quality in our supply chain.

Here are some of the actions we take to guarantee the highest levels of quality customers can rely on:

• Annually attain re-accreditation with ISO9001:2000 certification

• Sample and inspect products prior to receiving them into our warehouses and prior to shipment

• Adhere to quality procedures as defined in our Quality Control Manual

• Continually train personnel on procedures, new technology, and best practices

• Supply only quality products from pre-approved suppliers

• Maintain full lot traceability of our products when appropriate

• Provide mill test reports, product certifications,  and certificates of compliance upon request

• Periodically invest in quality system technology upgrades
