SINGLE-LOOP PATTERN, with interlocking eye. The link ends are locked down after forming the eye to make an exceptionally flat-lying chain. It can be made endless if required.
Samson Chain is the strongest of the weldless chains, and is often used as a lower-cost substitute for comparable welded chains. It is particularly suited, however, for the manual operation of sprocket wheels, valve wheels, or overhead doors and ventilators. For these and similar uses, Samson Chain can be made to accurate special pitch, if required, on special order.
Material: Carbon steel wire.
Attachments: Used generally with snaps, swivels, S-hooks, butted or welded rings, or special attachments. Chain can be supplied in cut lengths, as required, and with or without attachments.
Standard Finishes: Bright Zinc. For other finishes please inquire.
Standard Packing: 100 feet, in a carton; 125-250 feet, on reel depending on trade size. Longer lengths, and cut lengths, are packed in bulk.
